The Director of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for planning, budgeting, executing and measuring the effectiveness of all corporate communications and marketing communications activities worldwide. This is a key leadership role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration within the Marketing team and across the company.
Responsibilities:
Communicate CLIENT’s corporate positioning and messaging internally and externally, enabling the company to speak with “one voice” in creating a new multi-billion dollar information access category
Manage CLIENT’s brand identity
Lead all public relations activities and thought leadership campaigns to increase visibility and reinforce market leadership
Manage the corporate website to provide a superior user experience and generate high quality sales leads
Develop compelling corporate collateral and sales tools to support sales and marketing efforts Provide creative and editorial support for the development of product/solutions collateral and sales tools
Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of corporate and marketing communications programs
Provide leadership and day-to-day management for the corporate and marketing communications team
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of communications experience, including extensive experience with enterprise software
A keen understanding of how to craft and communicate a compelling message, and the ability to command the respect of -- and influence -- a wide variety of audiences, both internal and external
Excellent knowledge of public relations and communications principles and best practices
Powerful written and verbal communications skills
A high degree of comfort working at the senior management level and across different functional groups
Preferably experience in a public software company
Domain expertise in enterprise search or business intelligence would be a plus
Field Marketing Manager - East

Working closely with the corporate marketing team, this Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing regional marketing campaigns. This important position will also work closely with our regional sales team and inside sales team for guidance, support, and quick response to the resulting leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving qualified sales leads, experience marketing enterprise software, and will have a track record of demonstrated success in demand generation. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, outstanding communications skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment. Prior experience in a fast paced, high growth emerging business is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a regional marketing plan that includes timelines, budget and metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with corporate marketing and sales teams to create and manage field marketing programs to drive qualified sales leads and regional awareness. Examples include tradeshows, webinars, seminars and other lead-generation campaigns.
- Identify and execute new programs based on regional needs and opportunities.
- Manage lead generation programs in the east and southeast regions as well supporting federal marketing programs.
- Track, analyze and report on all programs and resulting leads.
- Effectively communicate the results to sales and marketing management for continuous improvement and refinement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years marketing experience in high technology enterprise software
- Experience creating and managing successful lead-generation campaigns within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com (or equivalent) to effectively track and report on marketing campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management.
- Experience working closely with field sales team
Proficiency in MS Office applications including word, excel and power point
Market Solution Manager

The Market Solution Manager is responsible for identifying, defining, and bringing to market CLIENT’s information access solutions in Retail markets, from industry analysis and market strategy through sales enablement and support. The focus will be on increasing the penetration of the CLIENT Information Access Platform within Retail markets, but the individual will also be responsible for supporting activities related to the current Online Retail solution.
The Market Solution Manager has broad responsibility for CLIENT’s success in Retail including definition of market strategy and business goals, and identification and definition of product enhancements and strategy to address solution-specific and platform requirements. The Market Solution Manager will also drive creation / modification of messaging & positioning including marketing collateral, sales tools, web site text, etc. and the enablement of demand generation activities such as webinars, email campaigns, and trade-shows. The Market Solution Manager will work closely with CLIENT’s sales team including leading sales force education, creation of sales materials, and direct sales execution in concert with sales representatives at strategic accounts. Finally, the Market Solution Manager will be responsible for defining partner strategy and enabling execution with CLIENT’s business development team.
The candidate should have solid experience in enterprise software and in Retail. Minimum five years of product marketing, product management, or directly related consulting experience with the demonstrated desire and ability to progress to a general management role is required. The candidate should have strong communications skills, written and verbal, from writing collateral and presentations through delivering these materials – both non-technical and moderately technical. The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to perform primary market research and synthesize the results of that research into actionable plans for CLIENT. Culturally, the candidate should have a passion for enterprise software and be team oriented including ability to both lead teams and participate in projects. Experience in retail technology (commerce platforms, RFID, POS systems, etc.), CRM, and/or business intelligence is a plus.
Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise Solutions

The Product Marketing Manager plays an integral role driving product/solutions messaging and positioning, development of sales tools and programs, business analysis, and execution of marketing programs related to CLIENT’s enterprise solutions. These functions require close teamwork with other members of the marketing team, the sales team, and other functions across CLIENT.
Responsibilities
• Develop and drive product and marketing plans and strategic campaigns
• Plan and execute content for collateral, white papers, PR, web site, case studies, etc.
• Drive content for all lead generation, customer outreach, sales enablement, and thought leadership programs
• Develop sales enablement programs (including sales & partner tools, internal case studies, competitive analysis, ROI models) and other tools that leverage our core messaging and positioning
• Deliver training for sales and professional services teams
• Assists with business analysis and reporting
Requirements
• 3+ years progressive experience in product marketing at an enterprise software company
• Proven experience identifying new markets and launching new products/solutions
• Persuasive written and verbal communicator. Strong writer of collateral including datasheets, web content, white papers, direct marketing materials, sales presentations
• Ability to present and demonstrate product to IT audience
• Track record of excellent development and execution of high quality marketing materials including strong project management skills
