The Director of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for planning, budgeting, executing and measuring the effectiveness of all corporate communications and marketing communications activities worldwide. Qualifications:

Working closely with the corporate marketing team, this Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing regional marketing campaigns. This important position will also work closely with our regional sales team and inside sales team for guidance, support, and quick response to the resulting leads.

- Create and execute a regional marketing plan that includes timelines, budget and metrics.

- Identify and execute new programs based on regional needs and opportunities.

Market Solution Manager

The Market Solution Manager is responsible for identifying, defining, and bringing to market CLIENT’s information access solutions in Retail markets, from industry analysis and market strategy through sales enablement and support. The focus will be on increasing the penetration of the CLIENT Information Access Platform within Retail markets, but the individual will also be responsible for supporting activities related to the current Online Retail solution.

The Market Solution Manager has broad responsibility for CLIENT’s success in Retail including definition of market strategy and business goals, and identification and definition of product enhancements and strategy to address solution-specific and platform requirements. The Market Solution Manager will also drive creation / modification of messaging & positioning including marketing collateral, sales tools, web site text, etc. and the enablement of demand generation activities such as webinars, email campaigns, and trade-shows. The Market Solution Manager will work closely with CLIENT’s sales team including leading sales force education, creation of sales materials, and direct sales execution in concert with sales representatives at strategic accounts. Finally, the Market Solution Manager will be responsible for defining partner strategy and enabling execution with CLIENT’s business development team.

The candidate should have solid experience in enterprise software and in Retail. Minimum five years of product marketing, product management, or directly related consulting experience with the demonstrated desire and ability to progress to a general management role is required. The candidate should have strong communications skills, written and verbal, from writing collateral and presentations through delivering these materials – both non-technical and moderately technical. The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to perform primary market research and synthesize the results of that research into actionable plans for CLIENT. Culturally, the candidate should have a passion for enterprise software and be team oriented including ability to both lead teams and participate in projects. Experience in retail technology (commerce platforms, RFID, POS systems, etc.), CRM, and/or business intelligence is a plus.

 

 

Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise Solutions

Entertainment Product Manager

CLIENT is on the cutting edge of personalization technology with the first solution in market to provide an effective, frictionless, scalable way to achieve 1:1 personalization. With increasing customer momentum from marquee clients like AOL, Yahoo, and BlockBuster, CLIENT is looking to hire an Entertainment Product Manager to define and manage CLIENT’s product portfolio in the entertainment space and efficiently execute on the roadmap to deliver scalable, robust entertainment platform and supported products on a release schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Entertainment product manager is the senior product expert that combines domain knowledge, market analysis and end-user feedback to define entertainment product roadmap and portfolio, and manages software engineering, QA and content resources to deliver a world-class personalization solution for customers in entertainment domains – movies, music, TV, video, games, etc. Primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
 Drive all aspects of the lifecycle of CLIENT entertainment platform and products – product vision and roadmap planning, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, implementation and enhancements.
 Manage the development of entertainment products and platform on time and budget including developing PRDs to guide product development efforts, preparing and presenting product documentation to facilitate communication across all teams, project management, etc.
 Liaise with Sales & Marketing and Delivery Services teams and customers, as appropriate, to incorporate current and future customer needs, market evolution and competitive landscape for refining the product roadmaps.
 Define and track metrics (internal and external benchmarks) for entertainment products and features for continuous product and algorithmic improvements.

Requirements:

The Account Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for CLIENT Technologies sales organization. This is accomplished through partnering with field sales representatives and marketing to generate demand and determine prospect needs. Activities include effective territory planning, proactive account mapping and account penetration within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development:
- Identify and qualify potential prospects through proactive outbound calls.
- Design account penetration and territory development strategies with the field sales team.
- Prospect and profile accounts to generate new business and feed the sales funnel.
- Assist in building a strong pipeline of opportunities with field sales.
- Conduct research on accounts by using Hoovers and other sources.
- Develop an understanding of the account’s business issues and other relevant information.
- Educate prospects about CLIENT and its evolving products and services.
- Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, etc).

Marketing Programs:
- Conduct prompt follow-up to inquiries generated by marketing campaigns.
- Follow up on all telephone inquiries and web leads within 24 hours; follow up on all other leads within 48 hours.
- Track and record marketing programs. Provide feedback on quality of leads and to provide input for new marketing programs.
- Provide input for new marketing programs.
- Effectively utilize inquiry rating and lead qualification system.
- Execute telemarketing programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, seminars, and to create awareness for current product promotions to target audiences.

Sales Process and Database Integrity
- Develop and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through developing new inquiries and following up on marketing generated inquiries.
- Manage and prioritize pre-qualified sales leads developed by the Marketing organization and direct prospects through a series of qualifying questions to further qualify and competitively position CLIENT.
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.
- Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of CLIENT’s products, solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences.

Experience Needed:
- Minimum 1 years account development phone sales experience
