We are NOT an agency!  Think of us this way:  if you combine the two models-retained search firm research department and "contract recruiter" into one-this best describes how we function.  Add to that excellent skills in intelligence gathering and you grasp our business.  Generally, while we function as a vendor organization we are also proxy staff for our key clients as requested.  We work on your KEY requirements--and thus our name.   We work with a small number of clients and a specialized set of position requirements and we keep the focus on making the right match for both the client company and for the prospective candidate.

OUR Sourcing AND CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT FOCUS:

Utilizing Browser Boolean Search, Social Media, Resume Databases, Meetup.com GitHub, Linkedin and the other affiliation groups, and our own vast database of resumes and newsgroup snippets, we perform original research sourcing work, candidate development and pre-qualification services to develop candidates for your key requirements.  We will work on one or all of your requirements.

We directly source via our high level of direct communication in Social Media, our combined 35,000 connections on Linkedin, our Ownership of more than 25 groups on Linkedin, our very active "showing up at your meetings and helping out" approach on Meetup.com, our persistence in researching technical questions on GitHub and other such sights.  If you want legitimacy with Technical Candidates:  1)  Talk Technical and 2) if you can't always talk technical you can still show up and help organize Meetup, GitHub, Trade and Association Meetings.  Techies appreciate it and remember you. 

We can be retained at an attractive hourly rate or on a contingency fee factor of 14%.  At this rate we do not provide guarantee periods.  Guarantee periods for contingency terms are 90 day prorated at 17.5%
 

 
We work in Software Engineering, The Life Sciences, Computer Hardware Design and handle executive as well as technical searches in these types of client firms.  We have succeeded nationally and internationally.


We Act As Your Independent Sourcing Agency--We Cost Less and Do A Superior Job:

Conventional Employment Agencies normally charge 20-30% of a candidate's annual salary as their fee for service.  We are different.  Our fees never exceed 14.5-17% and can be as low as 10% the more you work with us.  The more we succeed in placing people with your organization the more our fee decreases.  We are here to put maximum effort into filling specific positions and as we do so for you successfully, our standard cost decreases and your cost per hire is reduced.

We can also be retained on an hourly basis at a cost lower than "contract recruiters," and we deliver much more quickly and with top quality results.
