Key Requirements could be called a "boutique" oriented search and sourcing/prequalification group rather than an agency or search firm.  We are a hybrid.  Think of us this way:  if you combine the two models-retained search firm and "contract recruiter" into one-that best describes how we function.  Generally, while we function as a vendor organization we are also proxy staff for our key clients.  We work on their KEY requirements--and thus our name.   We work with a small number of clients and a specialized set of position requirements and we keep the focus on making the right match for both the client company and for the prospective candidate.
 
Key Requirements is comprised of five individual professionals who work as contract recruiters or retained search specialists.  Each tends to publish their position requirements on this website.   Each has an independent relationship with respective clients.  This site is their common communicative space.
 
We work in Software Engineering, The Life Sciences, Computer Hardware Design and handle executive as well as technical searches in these types of client firms.  We have succeeded nationally and internationally.
 
We put TOTAL focus on your key and critical requirements.  And we place great emphasis on finding the right candidate and paying careful attention to their interests and needs as well.
 
You will see no resume from us without the permission of a candidate.  And you will see the resume of a candidate who has been thoroughly briefed on your requirements, company culture, technology, market position, and  prospective reporting relationships.  They will also already know your compensation range for the position, the standard benefits, any bonus program information and other important background information.   Most important, they will walk into an interview clearly understanding the importance of this position and why it needs to be filled now.
